I have included these here as I found them fascinating to make, partly because they utilised some different techniques to what I usually do. Fascinating, also because for the most part I had no idea what the final pieces were going to look like. I received very clear and detailed specifications for exactly what the customer wanted - and it was also nice to have what I made play a subservient role and be part of a whole designed by someone else.

     

 

These were made as mounts for various bits and pieces collected by the customer, mostly Peruvian I remember and some very old.

I managed to capture these shots in that warm, strong evening sunlight which has brought out the best in the rich, vivied colours in some of them.
