This stand was made to hold a bell which was a gift from a Far
East shipping line to one of it's agents. Making it was a welcome
change from all those fiddly boxes. |

The flared ends to the various elements is intended to pick
up on a slightly Oriental theme.
It is constructed from oak and stands about
6' tall - certainly the biggest thing I have ever made. All
details are in ebony.
