My preferred method for all general enquiries - email me. Please note that I have recently suffered a serious loss of email data, but all is now finally fully restored and my email is up and running again [29.07.09]. However, it will take me some time to catch up on what has turned into a huge backlog of communications - and in any case I am away now until August 12th.
